Mind Throbs

Mind throbs,

Chaos whirling and winding,

Joggers footsteps,

Mind racing,

Stream water trickling,

No rest but no pain,

Branches twirling and spinning,

Mind throbs,

Just rest, but I can't,

Mind races and paces,

Can't stop,

Let it out as it comes,

Raw natural,

Wind blowing slight breezes.
